Dear Friends and Family,
As we reflect on the past year, we find ourselves overwhelmed with gratitude for the remarkable journey we've experienced at Mentor a Mentor. The addition of our new Program Director, active participation in the exciting 5K JAM run event, the launch of two new mentor programs in Colombia, and the invaluable support from existing and new financial sponsors have all contributed to making this year truly special. We extend our heartfelt thanks to you for partnering with us on this incredible journey.
As we celebrate this holiday season, Mentor a Mentor wishes you and your family an abundance of joy and blessings. In the spirit of giving, we kindly ask for your prayers for our dedicated Mentors who are making a difference in the lives of youth in Mexico and Colombia. Please join us in lifting up the following Mentors by name.
Juan Andres, our dedicated Thai Boxing coach, leading a special end-of-year class for adolescents from the underserved neighborhood of La Paz in Floridablanca, Colombia.
Gabriel, bringing the art of Capoeira to life for the youth at Casa Hogar Adonai Orphanage in Chihuahua, Mexico.
Carlos, our robotics teacher in Floridablanca, Colombia, kindles curiosity and ignites students' imaginations as he guides them through the intricacies of electrical and mechanical components in robotics, empowering them to create their own robotic cars.
This year, in faith, we set an ambitious goal to raise $30,000 by August 1, 2024. These funds are instrumental in sustaining our existing programs, opening new initiatives, and supporting the vital role of our program director. We are thrilled to announce that we have already achieved over 60% of our target.
As we approach the close of the year, we invite you to join us in getting closer to our goal by considering an end-of-year financial gift, no matter the size. Your contribution, big or small, will empower us to continue creating meaningful mentorship programs that inspire and uplift communities. To contribute, kindly click the button below.
Your thoughtful consideration of supporting our cause is deeply appreciated.
Blessings to you,
Javier, Becca, and Cara
